Cost estimates/bid documents are developed based on design plans and specifications. Following award of the project, detailed shop drawings are provided for approval. These drawings are critical to confirm that our final product meets your vision for the finished product.
Project managers are the customer’s key contact when the job is awarded to our organization. They work closely with the architect, contractor, suppliers and production facilities to ensure open communication and provide information to all in a timely manner. Our experienced project managers provide onsite measuring, confirm scheduling, provide progress reports and coordinate delivery to provide your team with the information you need to schedule installation.

In our factory finishing facilities, RCS Millwork, L.C. can provide a variety of stains, clear coats and other finishes to match existing color and sheen. Our onsite finishing facilities offer complete control from production to delivery, giving you superior appearance and product performance.
Delivery and installation of the product at the jobsite is the final step in a well executed job. Using RCS Millwork, L.C.’s trucks or one of our selected contract carriers, our team works hard to provide you with materials that arrive undamaged. RCS Millwork, L.C. also offers a team of installers to professionally complete the project on your jobsite. This highly experienced team offers the highest degree of control over the final step of quality workmanship and materials.
The AWI Quality Certification Program (QCP) provides RCS Millwork, L.C. customers' with a valuable quality assurance tool. Certification with the program seeks to ensure that interior architectural woodwork meets industry standards and the project's specifications. Both the American Subcontractors Association (ASA) and the General Service Administration (GSA) endorse the QCP.
